Order & Payment

  • It's a product that is available for purchase prior to production. It is not currently ready to ship. Estimated shipment times are shown on the product page but are subject to change in the case of delay.

  • If the product you want to exchange is a pre-order, you may exchange the item up to 24 hours before the campaign ends. 

  • Once you place an order it is final. If the product you want to exchange is a pre-order, you may exchange the item up to 24 hours before the campaign ends. We are unable to process direct exchanges for any reason beyond these conditions. Products that have a major defect will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, subject to satisfactory evidence being supplied by you as to the nature of the defect.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Products sold as a part of Season 2 are still in manufacturing and will begin to ship as products arrive to our fulfillment center. Please visit the Season 2 landing page for the most up to date information regarding that drop.

    You may view your order summary through clicking the link provided in your confirmation email. In the case of a pre-order, estimated shipping dates are indicated on the items product page and are subject to change.

    Once your parcel is handed off to a post provider, shipping time is estimated based on your purchased method of delivery/location. This estimation is made available during checkout.

    If your order has multiple items with varied shipping dates, your items may arrive separately in the windows provided on the product page.

  • We recently rebuilt the site with a different provider, which caused issues accessing order pages from old confirmation emails.

    Upon request, we can provide a working confirmation email however you’ll automatically receive a new, working email, when your order ships.

  • Only in the case of unfulfilled orders can we process a change of address. There is no guarantee on any such request to update your address before shipment. These requests must be made through the contact form, not via direct email to our sales contact or any other method.

    In order to update your shipping information please provide: the address at the time of sale and the updated address in your contact submission.

  • We do not ship to all countries. These addresses will have their purchases blocked at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for import taxes charged by your government. All customers are responsible for any customs/VAT fees. In the case that your order is returned to us due to unpaid duties, a refund will not be issued. We will contact you regarding reshipment. You may be required to repurchase shipping at that time.
